Meet the Team

With nearly 30 years in healthcare — beginning as a direct care assistant for individuals with traumatic brain injuries — Geoff brings a hands-on perspective to leadership. He assumed his role at Linden Square in October 2025, having previously led an assisted living and memory care facility in Tecumseh. A Saline resident himself, Geoff lives here with his family and is genuinely invested in the community he serves.

LaTesha brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her role, with a background that covers long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and hospital settings. A recent graduate of a practical nursing program, she has held roles from CNA to Director of Nursing, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on patient advocacy, staff development, and quality care delivery.

Kevin has spent 30 years in the heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical trades and joined Linden Square in 2022. A lifelong Saline resident, his local roots and technical expertise mean our community is maintained to the highest standard — keeping residents comfortable and safe every day.

Bonnie’s 26-year career as the owner of a Montessori-based preschool and daycare gave her an extraordinary foundation in creativity, compassion, and engagement — and she brings all of it to her work with residents. She designs activities that foster genuine connection between residents, families, and the broader community. When she’s not at Linden Square, you’ll likely find her baking, kayaking, or on the golf course.

Mike’s 20-year healthcare journey began as a nursing aide and expanded into medical administration, addiction recovery support at Pyramid Healthcare, and now compliance oversight at Linden Square. His career arc — from direct patient care to regulatory coordination — gives him a uniquely grounded understanding of what it means to deliver quality care at every level of an organization.

A driven culinary professional with over 17 years of experience, Adam has built his career working alongside respected names in the industry, including Dickie Brennan in New Orleans and Laurent Tourondel at LT Hospitality, as well as several other notable operations.

After taking time to refine further and develop his craft, Adam is now focused on giving back—bringing his experience, passion, and leadership to elevate the dining experience for those within the senior living community.

Victoria Keene serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Linden Square Senior Care, where she supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce development initiatives that contribute to a positive experience for both team members and residents. She has a bachelor’s degree in forensic science.

Victoria is passionate about helping employees succeed, fostering a culture of respect and accountability, and supporting the teams that provide compassionate care each day. She is committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and creating a workplace environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Christina Clement is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Linden Square Senior Care, where she oversees strategic growth and operational excellence. With over 15 years of experience in Senior Living. Christina is passionate about helping seniors find a safe and welcoming place to call home. Christina holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently working on her Bachelor of Social Work at Wayne State University. Outside the office, Christina is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family.
