Long-Term Residential Care Options for Seniors

We offer two long-term living paths: Assisted Living and Memory Care. Each resident begins with a Personal Needs Assessment so our team can understand their abilities, preferences, and goals. This process helps us create a care plan that meets their needs from the start, and adapts over time. Whether your loved one needs occasional help or consistent daily guidance, our team provides the right level of support in a warm, welcoming environment.

Assisted Living

For older adults who need routine support, our assisted living includes meals, housekeeping, activities, and access to personalized care.

Memory Care

The Terrace offers 24/7 support and specialized routines in a secure, calm setting for individuals living with dementia or memory conditions.

Short-Term Respite Care for Families and Caregivers

Caring for a loved one full-time can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also take a major toll on your physical and emotional well-being. In addition to our full-time assisted living and memory care options, Linden Square offers short-term respite care to give family caregivers time to rest, travel, or manage other responsibilities, knowing their loved one is in a safe, supportive setting.

With a two-week minimum stay, respite residents receive the same personalized care, meals, and activity opportunities as full-time residents. This can be a great option to prevent caregiver burnout or support your loved one during recovery or care transitions.
