What Families Ask Most About Assisted Living
These are just a few of the questions families often ask. For more, visit our full list of FAQs or give us a call—we’re always here to help.
Yes. Most residents at Linden Square live in private apartments with their own full bathroom and a 24-hour emergency call system. Shared apartment options are also available for those who prefer or benefit from companionship.
Regardless of layout, each resident has space that feels like their own. We support independence wherever possible, offering help with daily tasks when needed but encouraging residents to stay active and engaged in their routines. Our goal is to create a balance of privacy, support, and autonomy.
Our assisted living rates are competitive and based on the level of care your loved one needs. The base monthly rate includes a private or semi-private apartment, three home-cooked meals per day, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, basic cable, Wi-Fi, and access to activities and outings.
Additional care—like help with bathing, mobility, or medication—may come with an added cost based on a personal needs assessment. We’ll provide a clear breakdown so you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees.
Yes. Our certified staff can monitor blood pressure and other vital signs as directed by your loved one’s healthcare provider. These wellness checks can be done as part of a daily routine or more frequently, depending on the care plan. We also assist with medication reminders and coordinate with physicians, home health, or hospice providers as needed, ensuring continuity of care for residents with chronic conditions.
Before move-in, every resident completes a personal needs assessment so we can understand the right level of care from the start. That assessment is updated 30 days after move-in, then quarterly, or any time there’s a change in health or ability.
If your loved one starts needing more support—like help with mobility, continence, or advanced medication management—we’ll adjust their care plan accordingly and communicate with you directly. We can collaborate with licensed outside providers to support services like hospice or home health, if needed. We also offer specialized memory care for residents with conditions like dementia and Alzheimer’s.
